Here is a list of details you’ll need to know before placing an order with us.
In order to use this website, you affirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and/or over the age of majority in the jurisdiction you reside and from which you access the website where the age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years of age. If you are under the age of 18 and/or under the age of majority in the jurisdiction you reside and from which you access the website, then you are not permitted to use the website.
We are currently accepting payments through PayPal, but you don’t need a PayPal account to buy something. Simply enter your debit or credit card information when prompted, and you card will be securely charged.
Prices quoted on screen will include delivery charges and taxes (where applicable). Delivery charges for all products are detailed at point of purchase. You will be purchasing individual publications or making a one-off payment for a one year subscription (then make ongoing direct debit payments for subsequent years). If you make ongoing direct debit payments we reserve the right to increase our prices at any time after the first year of your subscription has elapsed and will notify you in writing with 10 days notice of any such price increase.
Although we try to ensure that all prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will have the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. We will refund you in full if you cancel the order before shipping and have already paid.
If placing your order on-line when you click “Submit Order” you will receive an email if you have supplied your email address acknowledging that your order has been received successfully and is being processed, the contract between us is not formed at this point. A legally binding contract is formed on the date we send you confirmation of your order with your subscription account number and payment has been taken.
You will receive this confirmation by email within 72 hours if you have supplied an email address.
We will not be responsible if you fail to receive the written confirmation because you have supplied us with an incorrect postal address or email address. We reserve the right not to accept or process your order for any reason. All orders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by your payment card issuer. If we do not accept your order and your credit/debit card has already been debited, we will notify you and refund your card in full immediately.
If the magazine ordered changes frequency per annum, we will honour the number of issues paid for, not the term of the subscription. You will be notified if the magazine ordered changes frequency and will be able to opt in to update your subscription according to the new frequency and price change.
Subscriptions will start with the next available issue.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders ship in 1-3 business days from Bath, England via our preferred shipping agents or the UK Royal Mail for customers in the UK. For orders outside the UK shipping will take up to 21 days. If you need it by a specific date or want your order to be trackable, please email firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order.
We will deliver the magazines to the address you notify to us when you place your orders. You agree that we will not be responsible for failure to deliver the magazines if you have supplied us with an incorrect address. We reserve the right to dispose of incorrectly addressed envelopes and their contents without an obligation to refund you or any other person if they are returned to us and despite efforts to contact you we do not receive correct address details.
We will not be liable to you for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of magazines in the following circumstances:
i) Where the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us.
ii) Where such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our control or the control of our sub–contractors and agents, including but not restricted to war, electricity power failure, utilities failure, failure of telecommunications links, failure of transport infrastructure, fire, flood, government act, act of God, legislative constraints, strikes, labour disputes or malicious damage involving employees.
iii) Our liability to you in the event of magazines being lost in despatch shall at our discretion, be limited either to replacement of the missing issues or refund of the cost of the missing issues, to the extent permitted by law we exclude all other liability to you. Our exclusions of liability shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of any of our employees or agents. These Terms and Conditions do not and shall not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with your order within 7 days after your package has arrived, please contact us at email@example.com.
We will try our best to fulfil every order as specified in our terms, but delays and cancellations may occur for reasons beyond our control. We reserve the right to cancel any orders for any reason, refunding our customers for the full amount immediately. Where a minimum term of 12 months is advertised (for subscriptions) cancellations are not permitted until the end of this initial period and we will not issue you a refund. Tamzin Lillywhite Returns
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order please contact us with the reason for your return. Pre-made items may also be exchanged for another size if needed. Returned or exchanged items must be returned to Tamzin Lillywhite within 7 working days of delivery. Contact email@example.com for return address. Items that have been tailored to a clients specific measurements are not eligible for refund.
All return costs cannot be covered by The Quite Delightful Project or Tamzin Lillywhite and all items once delivered will be the customers responsibility. If a refund is requested, items will need to be returned within 7 working days from delivery. Also, a tracking number must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then contact you with an e-mail confirming the item has been returned and the refund is being processed.
Returned items must be returned in the original condition you received it with all packaging and labels.
Before purchasing please ensure you have ordered the correct size. If you are unsure of any sizes or have any queries about the order please contact us.
All items are strictly checked before shipping to ensure a quality product however if you encounter any problems with your item please contact us.

We accept complimentary returns within 14 days of receipt if the item is unused and in original condition.
